Instead of just CVs, how about having your profiles designed instead of just resumes……..for creating 360 degree impressions……..particularly for top management appointments……CV+ social activity videos+ choice of music, books+ profile of friends (Orkut) + profile of professional network (Linkedin/ Brijj)+ selection of blog entries+ blogs being followed………….
And why just limit to job markets…………it could be Impressions being created for match making/marriage/dating……………………
Yes.. this is indeed needed.. Informal CV’s to have a better insight of the candidate and his true candidature.. Afterall i believe its true when a person expresses maximum its either totally honest or if he lies.. he/she’s trapped in his/her own words..
Yes elaborate CV’s should be recognised!
